With the leadership of Green Life Society (Department of Zoology) and NSS Unit in collaboration with IBT-Hub, IQAC and IIC, Red Ribbon Club, Namrup College organised world AIDS day on 1st December 2025.
The meeting was hosted by Ms. Nayanita Koch. The meeting was inaugurated by Dr. Durga Prasad Gogoi, Principal and he emphasized to create awareness among the students and neighbouring community from this fatal disease.
Mr. H. H. Singh, retired Associate Professor, Department of Zoology of Namrup College was invited as Resource Person.
Then meeting was beautifies with students power point presentations on different topics of AIDS -HIV
