The All Assam Students’ Union (AASU), Namrup Branch, organised a workshop on the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 at Namrup College on 13th August 2025 with the aim of clarifying doubts and enhancing understanding among students newly enrolled in the four-year degree courses.
The workshop featured Dr. Ankur Nath, Assistant Professor of Physics, as the resource person. Dr. Nath delivered a well-planned and informative audio-visual lecture that comprehensively incorporated all relevant aspects of NEP 2020. His presentation helped the students gain clear insights into the structure, objectives, and implementation of the new policy.
The event was attended by the President, Secretary, and other members of the AASU Namrup Unit, whose presence encouraged active participation and interaction among the students.
The workshop concluded with an interactive session, where students asked questions and shared their views, making the event both informative and engaging.
