Report on Academic Audit conducted by IQAC, Namrup College

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Namrup College conducted a two-day academic audit on 28th and 29th November 2025, covering the sessions 2023-24 and 2024-25. The audit was carried out by a two-member committee comprising Mr. Rupak Kr. Borgohain, Convener of Academic Audit and Former IQAC Coordinator, along with Dr. Jayanta Sonowal, the current IQAC Coordinator.

During the audit, the committee members visited all academic departments to thoroughly examine the activities carried out, as well as the record-keeping practices adopted by each department. This evaluation involved careful scrutiny of departmental documentation and presentations delivered by the Heads of Departments (HoDs) and departmental representatives.

Following the comprehensive review, the committee identified certain areas requiring improvement and provided recommendations to address any shortcomings. These suggestions aim to ensure that all departments are well-prepared for the upcoming external audit by external auditors.

The IQAC encourages departments to implement the recommended remedies promptly to enhance the overall academic quality and compliance within the institution.

নামৰূপ মহাবিদ্যালয়ত জুবিন গাৰ্গৰ মুকলি মঞ্চ

অসমৰ সাংস্কৃতিক তথা জনজীৱনৰ প্ৰভাৱী ব্যক্তি তথা বহুমুখী প্ৰতিভাৰে বিশ্বত আলোড়ন সৃষ্টি কৰা শিল্পী জুবিন গাৰ্গৰ ৫৩তম জন্ম দিৱস নামৰূপ মহাবিদ্যালয়ৰ প্ৰাংগনত পালন কৰা হয়। ১৮ নৱেম্বৰ ২০২৫ ত অনুষ্ঠিত হোৱা জন্ম দিনটোত পূবতে মহাবিদ্যালয়খনৰ অধ্যক্ষ ড০ দুৰ্গা প্ৰসাদ গগৈ দেৱে কৰা প্ৰস্তাৱ অনুসৰি মহাবিদ্যালয়ৰ মুকলি মঞ্চখন  জুবিন গাগ মুকলি মঞ্চ নামেৰে নামাকৰণ কৰা হয়। ইয়াৰ জৰিয়তে প্ৰাণৰ শিল্পী গৰাকীক অনাগত অনন্ত কাললৈ উত্তৰ প্ৰজন্মই স্মৰণ কৰি থাকিব।

মহাবিদ্যালয়ত চলি থকা পৰীক্ষাৰ বাবে জুবিন গাৰ্গ জন্ম দিৱসটি দিনৰ দুই বজাৰ পৰা আৰম্ভ কৰা হয়। স্থানীয় শিল্পীৰ দ্বাৰা দিহা নামেৰে আৰম্ভ হোৱা অনুষ্ঠানটোত অধ্যক্ষ মহোদয়ে অনুষ্ঠান শুভাৰম্ভণি কৰে। এই অনুষ্ঠানত অসম কণ্ঠ পলাশ ফুকনকে ধৰি কেইগৰাকী স্থানীয় কণ্ঠ শিল্পী, মহাবিদ্যালয়ৰ ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰী আৰু শিক্ষক শিক্ষয়িত্ৰীয়ে গীত পৰিৱেশন কৰে। 

এই অনুষ্ঠানটো নামৰূপ মহাবিদ্যালয়ৰ প্ৰাক্তন ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰী সংস্থা আৰু মহাবিদ্যালয়ৰ কতৃপক্ষই যুটিয়াভাৱে আয়োজন কৰে।

শেযত, সকোলৱে আগবঢ়োয়া সহায়-সহযোগিতাৰ বাবে সকলোকে কৃতজ্ঞতা জ্ঞাপন কৰে।

NCC and NSS of Namrup College has organised interactive session with the parents/guardian of NCC/NSS cadets/ volunteer of Namrup College.

Mukhya mantri Nijut moina cheque distribution

Namrup College has organised cheque distribution program of mukhya mantri Nijot moina achani to distribute cheque for girls students of the college. A total of 240 girls students are selected undis the this scheme. Mr. Taranga Gogoi, MLA of Naharkatiya Legistrative Assembly. In the circle officer of Naharkatiya Circle Office and some other local level political leaders are also present.

End day of 2nd sessional

As per the University academic calendar, 2nd sessional examination odd semester at Namrup College has been closed on 27th October 2025.

IQAC 2nd Meeting for 2025-26

IQAC internal meeting is organised on 16rh October 2025 from 01.00 pm at Smart Classroom. Meeting was presided by Dr. Durga Prasad Gogoi, Principal and Chairperson of IQAC, Namrup College. After taking the charge, as per the objectives, IQAC Coordinator, Dr. Jayanta Sonowal, Coordinator delivered the welcome speech and objectives of the meeting. Then he read out the previous meeting proceedings held on ......
